Location : China Bistro, BKC – Mumbai

China Bistro (Foodlink) is looking for a dynamic and personable Guest Relation Executive (Female) to join our team at BKC. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

Greeting and welcoming guests with professionalism

Managing reservations and coordinating table allocations

Ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all touchpoints

Handling guest queries, feedback, and escalations

Coordinating with the service team to maintain smooth operations

Requirements :

Female candidates only

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Presentable, confident, and guest-focused

Experience in hospitality or guest relations preferred
