REGIONAL MANAGER - MP

Job Summary :

The Regional Manager – MP will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and team leadership across the Madhya Pradesh region in the Equity Broking & Third Party products.

The role involves leading Area Managers, and Branch Managers , along with their respective teams of Relationship Managers and Advisors / Dealers , to achieve business objectives, enhance client experience, and ensure regulatory and operational excellence.

Key Requirements :

• Postgraduate / MBA (Finance / Marketing preferred).
• 12–15 years of experience in Equity Broking / Third Party Products / Financial Advisory .
• Proven experience in managing Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Teams .
• Strong knowledge of Equity Markets, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and Investment Products .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in business development and P&L management. 93
