Role : Inside Sales Executive OR Direct Sales Executive
As an Inside or Direct Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales : Connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.
Consultative Selling : Understand the academic needs of students and parents and recommend tailored solutions to boost product adoption.
Revenue Growth : Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement and referrals.
Negotiation & Closing : Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.
Home Conductions (for Direct Sales) : Conduct home visits to engage with leads in person and demonstrate the product effectively.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Inside Sales : Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience, with at least 1 year in the EdTech industry (preferably in K–12 or test prep)
Direct Sales : Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply
Work Conditions
6-day work week (Monday fixed off)
Must own a laptop / device for work-related tasks
