AWS L3 Development Support Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced AWS L3 Development Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support and maintenance for large-scale, cloud-based applications in a high-performance investment banking environment. The role involves close collaboration with development and DevOps teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Experience in application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), ECS (Elastic Container Service), EC2, S3 and DynamoDB.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for production issues.
• Collaborate with developers to debug, enhance, and optimise existing applications (Java / Python).
• Manage and support AWS environments leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB .
• Design, maintain, and improve CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform , and container registries.
• Support infrastructure-as-code deployments, load balancers, and VPN configurations.
• Drive DevOps automation initiatives and ensure stability across environments.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, BQL, and CloudWatch .
