Sales Trainer

Job descriptionDesign and develop comprehensive training modules covering General Insurance products, processes, and regulatory compliance. Create structured training schedules and manage the logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions. Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales teams, customer service agents, and internal stakeholders. Ensure practical, application-oriented learning with role plays, case studies, and real-world examples. Monitor training effectiveness through key business metrics and make adjustments as needed. Maintain and regularly update training materials to reflect changes in insurance products, industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and business processes. Leverage a mix of learning methods – e-learning, video content, in-person sessions, and multimedia resources – to maximize learning engagement. Develop assessment tools (quizzes, case studies, role plays) to evaluate participant understanding and skill acquisition. Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously enhance training content and delivery approach. Measure and report on the impact of training interventions on business outcomes, such as sales performance, process adherence, and customer satisfaction. Proven experience in corporate, behavioral and soft skills training and development. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with various stakeholders and adapt training strategies to different audiences. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in using training software and tools.
