We are seeking a Team Lead – Holiday Process to manage a team of holiday executives. The candidate will oversee day-to-day holiday package operations, ensure smooth vendor coordination, and deliver high-quality travel experiences to customers.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coach a team of holiday executives.
• Design customized itineraries & manage costing.
• Handle vendor negotiations and confirmations.
• Ensure smooth execution of holiday bookings, visas, and documentation.
• Resolve escalations and support agents in closing sales.
• Report team performance to management.
