About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic "AVP – Sales" to spearhead growth in the "interior design & fit-out industry ". This strategic leadership role will drive revenue, lead high-performing teams, and expand our client base across luxury residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and drive expansion into new verticals & geographies.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance sales team.Set clear KPIs, review performance, and foster a results-driven culture.Business Development & Client Relations
Build strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.Lead high-value negotiations and close large deals.Act as the company's brand ambassador at industry events and client forums.Revenue & Pipeline Management
Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and client acquisition strategy.Ensure project profitability and effective use of CRM & reporting systems.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, project management, and procurement teams for seamless delivery.Partner with marketing to strengthen go-to-market strategies and brand positioning.RequirementsSkills :
Proven leadership & team management expertise.Strong negotiation & commercial acumen.Deep understanding of design / fit-out market & project lifecycles.Excellent communication & presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM & MS Office; data-driven approach.Preferred
