Monks is looking for a Director - Strategic Planning to join our team to work with our existing and prospective clients in creating ground-breaking work and help define the strategic direction businesses should take in the digital space.

Role & Responsibilities

• Understanding the context of a client and their business objectives and translating these objectives into a data driven strategic direction for the client
• Proactively developing marketing and communication strategies for new and existing clients.
• Translating data and research into valuable insights and analysis for Creative and Media teams that can be used to craft effective communications and inspired work.
• Provide strategy guidance and effective cross-channel recommendations as campaigns are developed, as well as guide and participate in the development of branded experiences and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-market teams to ensure effective delivery of proposals and campaigns.
• Deepening our clients' understanding of their markets and audiences through research and presentation of insight.
