Solution Support - Sr Engineer

Job description

Key Deliverables :

Support full stack of public / private cloud and hosted web applications.
Assist with platform solution deployments, monitoring, incident resolution, and upgrades.
Implement performance validation, regression testing, and solution change management.
Provide L2 / L3 support for solution incidents and OEMs related to databases and platform technologies.

Role Responsibilities :

Administer RedHat Linux, web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache), and databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).

Manage LDAP, multi-platform OS environments (Windows / Linux), and network configurations.

Script with PowerShell, PERL, Python, or UNIX Shell for task automation.

Work with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and ensure operational efficiency across solutions.
