Senior Product Manager – Custom Apps (Professional Services & Retention)

Team : Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape the roadmap for custom applications that enable our Professional Services / Customer success teams and improve customer retention .

This is a mid-level role on a central team that supports the full customer life cycle. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tools that streamline onboarding, improve delivery outcomes, and increase long-term customer value. The role offers significant ownership, visibility, and career growth opportunities .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for custom / internal apps used by Professional Services teams.
• Develop and drive product strategies that reduce time-to-value and enhance customer stickiness.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Analytics, and Professional Services to define impactful solutions.
• Lead product discovery, write clear requirements, and prioritize features based on business needs.
• Use data and user feedback to identify friction across the customer journey and solve for it.
• Communicate product strategy and progress with stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives
