Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive with proven experience in agency sales and account management . The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing / advertising strategies.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital / advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2–5 years of experience in client servicing / account management with an advertising / creative / digital agency.Must have hands-on agency sales / business development experience .Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.Show more
