Role Description

The Senior Decor Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of wedding decor sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring the successful execution of weddings.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the sales process for wedding decor, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, and to ensure smooth coordination and execution of weddings.

Oversee and manage all aspects of wedding planning related to decor, including budgeting and wedding management.

Leverage cultural expertise in Indian and global weddings to tailor services to a diverse clientele.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the wedding decor segment.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wedding industry, with a focus on sales and decor.

Strong cultural expertise in both Indian and global weddings.

Proven experience in managing and executing weddings, including building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong budgeting and event management skills.

Experience in coordinating hotel weddings is highly valued.

Strong background in wedding events and / or banquet sales, preferably within major hotel brands in India.
