Salesforce Developer - Apex / Visual Force

Work Mode : Hybrid : 7+years (6 years Type : Contract to hire Period : Immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components LWC and Salesforce APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty systems utilizing REST and SOAP web services to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Analyze complex business processes to create detailed system design and architecture supporting Salesforce development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated technical issues and maintain Salesforce data integrity and security.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specs release notes and user guides.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators business analysts QA and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in coding standards best practices and Salesforce functionalities.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging features to recommend process improvements and new capabilities.
• Lead or assist in agilescrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and effort estimation.
• Drive DevOps practices using tools like Jenkins Git or Salesforce DX for continuous integration and Skills and Qualifications :
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce data modeling including custom objects fields relationships and SOQLSOSL queries.
• Experience in building and maintaining complex Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture security model and governor limits.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with software development tools and versioning systems eg Git Bitbucket.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CICD pipeline implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead development initiatives and contribute to strategic Skills :
• Experience working with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud or Community Cloud.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript HTML5 CSS and frameworks relevant to Lightning eg LWC.
• Understanding of middleware and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in administering Salesforce environments alongside development responsibilities.
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small Skills : Lightning Web Components (LWC),APEX,Aura, VisualForce, Salesforce Integration(REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Event).
