Job descriptionMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs). Recruit, hire, and train team members to ensure capability building and productivity. Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews to drive accountability and motivation. Maintain portfolio hygiene by ensuring timely renewals, monitoring overdue accounts, and minimizing NPAs. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements. Implement risk management practices to safeguard asset quality. Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to enhance business outcomes. Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams for smooth execution of deals. Track and report regional performance metrics to senior management. Use data-driven insights to improve productivity and profitability.
Development & Growth :
- Acquire working capital cases from the Agri SME market through direct sourcing and channel partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned targets for :
1. Book Growth (loan portfolio expansion)
2. Fee Income
3. Cross-Sell of allied products (insurance, trade finance, etc.)
