Roles and Responsibilities :
- Complete Social Media Management for a brand. Ranging from strategy, plans, execution, and monitoring the results
- Corporate blogging; Track industry-relevant blogs; Generate leads;
- Strategize for different industry segments like Fashion, Real Estate, Restaurant, IT, Phone / Android applications, and much more
- Measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns
- Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing
- Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy.
- Monitor, respond and engage with the community on a daily basis and provide customer service, wherever necessary
- Interact with designers, copywriters, content writers to come up with the best content for clients
- Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends.
- Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated.
- Communicate with clients always and maintain good relationship
- Meet deadlines and report to senior managers, clients as and when required
- Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment

Desired Candidate Profile : Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements : Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Creative leader who can inspire, mentor, and drive innovation within the team.
