A. Social Media Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on organic growth, engagement, and community building.
  • Leverage AI tools to identify trends, optimize content, and maximize reach without paid campaigns.
  • Define KPIs for organic growth, including follower growth, engagement rates, and referral traffic.

B. SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search growth.
  • Optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for target keywords.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content (blogs, guides, tutorials) aligned with user intent.
  • Monitor and improve technical SEO elements such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
  • Build and manage backlink strategies to enhance domain authority.
  • C. Platform Management

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Medium, CEO's social media, and other platforms.
  • D. Content Creation & Management

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging, platform-specific content (videos, graphics, reels, stories, posts).
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Repurpose high-performing content to maximize reach across platforms.
  • E. Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong community around the brand.
  • Monitor online conversations, address customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Collaborate with influencers, athletes, and gaming communities to amplify reach organically.
  • F. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media and SEO performance using AI analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or proprietary tools).
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on organic growth, engagement, and ROI.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve performance.
  • G. Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and AI teams to align social media efforts with product launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Provide input on showcasing AI-driven features on social media to attract and engage users.
