Role Description :
As a Social Media Manager at OMW, you will be at the heart of our digital presence, creating engaging content, developing innovative social media strategies, and driving brand growth across platforms. Your role will be to manage the voice of our clients online, build communities, and amplify their brand messages. You'll collaborate with our creative team to craft compelling narratives, plan campaigns, and deliver measurable results. Additionally, you will be responsible for content management and client servicing, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.,
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posting for all client campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and trends.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute social media campaigns.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster relationships.
- Provide consistent and proactive client servicing, keeping clients informed and involved throughout the campaign process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain fresh and relevant.
- Work with clients to understand their objectives and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, content management, and client servicing, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.Skills : Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), analytics tools, content management, and client servicing. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Creativity : A passion for creating innovative, engaging content that resonates with audiences.Client Relations : Strong client servicing skills to ensure client satisfaction and success.Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creatives, strategists, and clients.Qualification : A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.Location :
