Deputy Vice President - Merchant EMI

Job descriptionIdentify & partner with aggregators to increase merchant EMI volumes and income Launch Merchant EMI offers on SBI Card portfolio to increase card spends and EMI volumes Devise and lead implementation of enhancements to existing Merchant EMI products Nurture strategic and tactical partnerships at a National, Regional & city level to garner higher share of EMI spends Monitor EMI spends program execution, measure outcomes and ensure feedback loop on learnings is completed with program owners to fine tune approach for future programs Devise & implement strategies to enhance visibility for SBIC merchant EMI products at merchant locations Liaison with branding agencies to create crisp & clear communications for merchant EMI programs Ensure that the customer complaints & queries pertaining to merchant EMI products are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner Ensure aggregator invoicing & EMI subvention payment recovery as per agreed TAT Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence Merchant EMI Overall Volume achievement Merchant EMI Income achievement Increase no of merchants offering SBI Card EMI Incremental Volumes generated through tactical EMI campaigns Customer awareness and Visibility for Merchant EMI at merchants No. of process enhancement and improvement initiatives suggested Process Adherence as per MOU EMI product and process understanding Understanding of different lending products Relationship Management Analytical Ability Planning & Organizing Negotiation & Influencing Process Orientation
