Digital Marketing Specialist Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the development and execution of paid media and SEO campaigns for clients in North America.
This role involves managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve strong performance metrics. Key responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing these campaigns, as well as setting up pixels, tags, and conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager.
You will also be responsible for conducting keyword research, managing on-page and off-page SEO efforts, coordinating with content teams for optimization, analyzing campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA, proposing data-driven improvements, and collaborating with designers and content creators to ensure consistent messaging and creative quality across campaigns.
Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest platform updates, tracking technologies, and digital marketing trends. Required qualifications include 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and GA4 analytics, strong technical understanding of pixels, tags, conversion events, and attribution models.
