We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Automation Specialist to join our Business Process Automation department within the CJ organisation. The Senior Automation Specialist will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Automation Projects : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
• Design and Develop Solutions : Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems : Identify and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Document Processes : Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations.
• Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
