Job descriptionConduct onboarding sessions and documentation for new hires. Maintain HR records (employee data, attendance, leaves, etc.). Ensure smooth induction and team integration for new employees. Handle off boarding and exit formalities when needed. Manage HR policies, compliance, and company culture initiatives. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and employee benefits. Support management in HR reporting and analytics. Plan team-building activities and employee engagement programs. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR / Admin (preferably in a startup or tech environment). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with HR tools (Notion, Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar). Tech-savvy mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced AI / Tech environment. - Create and post job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles.
