We're looking for a Customer Success Leader to own retention, expansion, and customer outcomes. The Opportunity : Own end-to-end customer relationships and success frameworks. Ensure customers achieve 10-25% OEE improvements. Build CS function from ground up. What You'll Do : Manage customer lifecycle : onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansion Conduct weekly reviews with plant managers and ops heads Define and deliver success metrics Document ROI with before / after data;create customer case studies Design training programs for operators and shopfloor teams Drive 95%+ retention and 120%+ net revenue retention What You Bring : ~6-9 years in customer success, manufacturing operations, or industrial automation ~ Deep understanding of shopfloor operations (OEE, downtime, production planning)~ Experience with MES, SCADA, ERP, or industrial IoT ~ Strong analytical skills (Excel, data analysis, ROI calculations)
