Job descriptionDraft high-quality proposals and concept notes Coordinate inputs across teams to meet deadlines Ensure compliance with donor requirements Liaise with donors for updates and relationship building Maintain donor records and communication logs Work with project and communications teams to gather data and create fundraising materials Align internal teams to meet donor commitments Contribute to fundraising strategy and visibility efforts Meet individual KPIs and annual fundraising targets 2+ years in fundraising or partnerships (non-profit / social impact) Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in donor / customer relationship management Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
This is a full-time position, based in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, reports to the Fundraising Manager and plays a key role in expanding Industree Foundation's donor base and securing strategic partnerships.
