Product Compliance Engineer

A leading multinational company (MNC) is actively seeking a Product Compliance Engineer with strong expertise in global product certification and regulatory compliance .

This role ensures products meet international safety, EMC, and environmental requirements across multiple markets – enabling successful launches worldwide.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications :

• ???? Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
• ???? 2 + years of experience in product certification and compliance
• ???? Deep knowledge of IEC 62368-1 and related safety standards
• ???? Strong expertise with EMC standards : CISPR 32, CISPR 35, IEC 61000-4 series, FCC Part 15B, ICES-003
• ???? Familiar with certifications : CE, FCC, ISED, BIS, UKCA, RCM, NRTL, CB, BSMI, KC, ICASA, MTCTE
• ♻️ Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, and Prop 65 (P65) compliance
• ???? Skilled in preparing and reviewing technical docs (CCL, manuals, labels)
• ???? Key Responsibilities :
• Develop detailed certification test plans
• Drive bug reports and sub-tasks for country-specific issues
• Create compliant user manuals and marking labels
• Lead weekly discussions with JDM partners
• Coordinate with labs and JDMs for testing progress
• Compile Critical Component Lists (CCLs) for CB safety
• Review vendor compliance documents by region
• Maintain the NPI compliance tracking sheet
