Job description

Able to understand and do Testing activities at EAC

System knowledge & Test report preparation

Equipment s Calibration / maintenance with vendors, 4S, Safety management

Able to report in Shifts.

Lead a team of IE engineers or analysts to support manufacturing or service processes

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality departments

Monitor daily, weekly, monthly efficiency and productivity metrics

Train team members on IE tools, software, and methodologies

Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
