Job Description :

We are hiring freshers for a voice-based customer support role. You will handle customer queries over calls, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility :

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Fresher / Entry Level

Languages : Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Assessment : Must clear Versant Level 4

Shift Timings :

Females : 8 AM – 8 PM

Males : 8 AM – 12 AM

Working Days : 6 days with 1 rotational week off

Requirements :

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer-focused attitude
