Job Duties

Position : Temporary / Contractual Role (1 Year)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in SAP documentation and global trade compliance. This role involves managing import, export, and re-export processes while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and timely execution of all related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Documentation : Prepare and manage documentation for import / re-export of goods across foreign countries, SEZs, and domestic movements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Export & Re-Export Coordination : Track re-export processes, liaise with customs and banks for duty drawback claims, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with overseas buyers, customs brokers, banks, and internal teams (workshops, accounts) to secure GR waivers and facilitate smooth transactions.
• Letter of Credit (LC) Handling : Manage LC shipments, including complete documentation and coordination for timely execution.
• Compliance & Audit : Maintain and submit statutory compliance documents for export / re-export activities, ensuring adherence to internal audit requirements.
• Banking Records : Efficiently close IDPMS / EDPMS records with banks and maintain comprehensive data for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Regulatory Adherence : Ensure strict compliance with IATA, IMDG certifications, FEMA guidelines, and global trade regulations for all logistics operations.
