Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef / Sous Chef who is passionate about healthy, modern cuisine. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of wellness-focused food, be skilled in balancing nutrition with taste, and have experience in premium or health-conscious dining environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Develop and innovate a menu featuring nutritious and flavorful dishes.
Manage ingredient sourcing with an emphasis on freshness and sustainability.
Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.
Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with management on menu engineering and cost control.
Desired Skills & Experience :
4+ years of experience in a premium café, health food restaurant, or fine dining kitchen.
Strong culinary skills with exposure to global wellness cuisines.
Knowledge of nutrition, portion control, and clean cooking techniques.
Leadership and team management experience.
Culinary degree or certification preferred.
