Lead - Business Insights

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data Analysts and Power BI Developers.
• Set clear performance metrics and foster a culture of insight, ownership, and excellence.
• Actively contribute to dashboard design, development, and optimization using Power BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple sources.
• Serve as the escalation point for advanced Power BI and SQL tasks.
• Lead and execute analytical projects across departments including sales, marketing, supply chain, product, operations, and consumer analytics uncover actionable business insights.
• Deliver compelling, visual, and data-rich narratives that influence strategic decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc. ) to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Present insights in a structured and business-friendly manner to senior leadership.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of dashboard / report development from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.Ensure high standards of data accuracy, report performance, and UI / UX best practices.
• Work with the Data Engineering Lead to define data layer needs for reporting and insights.
• Ensure consistency and quality of data across analytics outputs.
• Contribute to building the long-term roadmap for self-service BI and advanced analytics maturity.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve turnaround times.
