We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Executive to lead the HR operations for our venue-based teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large-scale ground staff (100+ headcount) , full understanding of labour compliance , grievance redressal , and HR process implementation for blue-collar employees.

Responsibilities :
HR Operations Management :
- Spearhead the end-to-end HR operations lifecycle for venue-based teams including seamless onboarding, structured induction, accurate attendance tracking, offboarding with compliance, and maintenance of all employee records and documentation.
- Statutory Compliance & Audit Handling :
- Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws across all venues, including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages adherence. Manage internal and external statutory audits with zero non-conformance.
Compensation Structuring :
Develop and implement salary structures and CTC frameworks tailored to blue-collar and supervisory roles, aligned with compliance norms, skill levels, shift patterns, and cost-efficiency goals.Grievance Management :
Act as the first line of resolution for employee grievances and concerns at the ground level. Handle disputes or escalations with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to company policy.Ground Workforce Supervision :Lead and supervise daily HR operations for 100+ frontline staff, ensuring discipline, shift alignment, workforce productivity, and timely attendance enabling smooth venue operations.Employee Engagement & Retention :
Drive targeted employee engagement initiatives including R&R programs, team-building activities, welfare initiatives, and internal communication to build morale and reduce attrition.Manpower Planning & Deployment :
Collaborate with store managers and operations teams to forecast manpower needs, coordinate timely recruitment, and manage scalable workforce deployment across multiple venues.HR Reporting & Analytics :
Own and maintain HR dashboards, compliance trackers, and MIS reports to provide real-time visibility of critical HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, joining ratios, and training progressQualifications
4+ years of HR operations experience with proven team management exposure.Strong knowledge of compliance, payroll, statutes, and HR systems.Demonstrated experience in blue-collar hiring and HR operations at scale.Excellent leadership, people skills, and grievance management capabilities.Job Location – Delhi
