Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Chennai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending job offers. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and build valuable relationships with potential hires.
Qualifications
4 years of minimum experience in recruitment of software professionals
Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
Strong Recruiting experience and the ability to attract top talent
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in the technology industry or recruiting for technical roles is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is advantageous
