Job descriptionDesign scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligning with business requirements Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including integration, data model, and security design Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and admins to ensure best practices Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams Oversee code quality, deployment strategies, and release management Drive innovation using Salesforce tools (LWC, Apex, Einstein, Salesforce APIs) Manage technical risks and ensure system performance and reliability Lead troubleshooting complex technical issues Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and development Strong coding skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components Expertise with integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware) Deep knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community, CPQ, etc.) Experience with CI / CD tools and DevOps best practices Strong problem-solving and communication skills
