Key Responsibilities Platform Training Configuration
- Train users on platform features and capabilities through classroom, online, and one-on-one sessions.
- Configure and model user business operations on the platform to align with their requirements.
- Create training materials like presentations, documents, and how-to videos.
- Platform Adoption Support Support users in integrating the platform into their daily operations.
- Monitor platform usage and provide guidance on handling various business scenarios.
- Offer innovative workarounds or solutions to resolve user issues.
- Feedback Collaboration Gather and provide feedback to Product Managers on functional gaps and business requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and user satisfaction.
- Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience : Up to 4 years in an application support or SaaS product implementation role.
Skills :
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and presentation skills for explaining platform functionalities.Comfortable conducting hands-on training sessions and creating user-friendly documentation.Knowledge of B2B, Supply Chain Management / Operations processes.Traits :
