At Perfect Vison ,we're not just selling telematics; we're ending preventable accidents, reclaiming wasted millions in fuel spend, and bringing a new level of intelligence to logistics. Our integrated platform—featuring AI-driven video safety, real-time fuel management, and critical load monitoring or FMS Devices etc —is the central nervous system for the modern fleet.

Your mission is to be a cornerstone of this transformation. As a Senior Sales Strategist, you will architect partnerships with the world's most forward-thinking fleets. You will go beyond the feature list to diagnose operational pain points and prescribe a data-driven future. You won't close deals; you will secure long-term alliances that make our clients safer, more efficient, and more profitable.

2. Key Outcomes : Defining Extraordinary Impact

We believe in clarity. Your success will be measured by tangible, strategic results. Within your first 12 months, you will be celebrated for :

  • Orchestrating Market Growth : Not just meet but consistently exceed an annual quota of [$1.2 million] in ARR by championing the value of our entire ecosystem, transforming point solutions into enterprise-wide standards.
  • Landing Flagship Clients : Be the driving force behind landing [5] strategic, enterprise-level accounts (150+ vehicles). These aren't just sales; they are referenceable case studies and proof points for the entire industry.
  • Fueling Expansion & Loyalty : Achieve an exceptional net revenue retention (NRR) rate of [115]% by becoming a trusted advisor. You won't just manage accounts; you will cultivate them, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to deepen our value through platform expansion and premium analytics.
  • Building an Unbreakable Pipeline : Autonomously generate and maintain a qualified pipeline valued at 3x your quarterly quota. Your pipeline will be a benchmark for quality, filled with opportunities that align with our strategic vision.
  • Shaping the Future : Translate customer insight into innovation. You will deliver at least [7] transformative pieces of feedback from the field each quarter that directly influence our product roadmap, ensuring we continue to lead the market.

  • 4. Who We're Looking For : The Non-Negotiables

    This level of freedom requires a specific profile. You are the ideal candidate if you possess :

  • A Proven History of Dominating Quota : 5+ years of consistently exceeding targets in a complex B2B environment, ideally selling technology platforms (Hardware + Software / SaaS) where you've displaced entrenched incumbents.
  • The Skill of Selling to a Boardroom : Demonstrated experience navigating 6-9 month sales cycles, building consensus across multiple stakeholders—from the VP of Operations and CFO to the Fleet Manager and Safety Director.
  • A Consultative DNA : You don't pitch products; you diagnose problems. You have an innate ability to listen to challenges around safety, compliance, TCO, and efficiency and paint a compelling vision of a solution.
  • A Mindset of Continuous Improvement : You are fiercely competitive but radically collaborative. You have a coachable spirit and a desire to both win and elevate everyone around you.
  • Intellectual Curiosity : A Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience that has honed your strategic thinking and business acumen.
