Primary Job Function :
- Achieve assigned Area / TBM-wise sales targets.
- Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
- Meet brand- and product-wise targets as per division strategy.
- Plan and execute activities / programs aligned with the division's objectives.
- Develop and mentor team members for progression to the next level.

B.Sc. / B.Pharm preferred.Graduates / Postgraduates from other streams with a strong academic record and proven performance track record will also be considered.Minimum Experience / Training Required :
