CS Management trainee

CS management trainee (experience of minimum 9 months preferable)

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Venture Capital (VC) Transactions :

• Conduct compliance due diligence for VC transactions.
• Review and draft issue / allotment documents for securities, including rights issues, private placements, buybacks, and preferential allotments.
• Lead compliance for VC funding transactions.
• Advise foreign companies on establishing a presence in India.
• Handle compliance for ESOPs and phantom stocks.
• Strike off companies under the Fast Track Exit Scheme.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and deliverables.
• Implement systems to enhance organizational management and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Stay updated on changes in the legal and regulatory landscape.
• Advise clients on compliance risks and provide solutions.
