About AidNix

AidNix is a health-tech startup on a mission to make healthcare affordable and accessible across Tier-2 / 3 / 4 cities in India. We build innovative solutions like a Pharmacy Management System (PMS), Diagnostics Marketplace, and Tele-health Platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and motivated Software Management Trainees to join our engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early professionals (0–1 year experience) to gain hands-on exposure to software development (Go & React) and product management practices.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, tracking, and managing product development sprints.
Develop and maintain backend Go (Golang) microservices and APIs.
Build and enhance frontend applications using React.
Write clean, testable code and collaborate in peer reviews.
Contribute to product documentation (APIs, workflows, specs).
Support bug triaging, QA, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (DSA, SQL, HTTP, JSON).

Basic knowledge of Go (goroutines, REST APIs, SQL / ORM).

Familiarity with React (hooks, state management, routing).

Git / GitHub knowledge and eagerness to learn quickly.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

Exposure to databases (Postgres / MySQL), Docker, or Redis.

Understanding of REST / GraphQL API design.

Testing frameworks (Go test, Jest / RTL).

Cloud knowledge (GCP / AWS).

Program Highlights

24-week structured trainee program with weekly goals.

Rotations across Backend (Go), Frontend (React), and Product Delivery.

Mentorship and guidance from senior engineers.

Capstone project : ship a real AidNix feature end-to-end.

High potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Compensation

Stipend : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 / month during training.

Post-confirmation : Competitive CTC + performance bonus.
