Main Accountabilities
Requirements and skills
Main focus on demand generation from contractors / applicators and achievement of tertiary targetsInfluencer activation and managementConduct site visits based on leads and make proposals including sampling for site conversionDrive loyalty programs for contractors / applicatorsPlan and organize product training and demonstration meets for Contractors / ApplicatorsConduct activities in the market for influencer engagementNetworking with Structural Engineers, Architects, Builders and Large ContractorsMinimum Degree : Any Diploma / GraduateMinimum Years / Type of experience : 2-5 years of experience in channel sales / Project Sales in Building material / Paints / Hardware / Waterproofing industry.Preferred experience in companies- Pidilite, Asian Paints , SIKA ,Sunanda Group, Choksey Chemicals , FOSROCArea-specific knowledge :Knowledge of waterproofing productsAwareness of Specifications and BOQ.Clarity of role in Construction of Architects / Contractors / Applicators.Basic knowledge of Civil StructuresDecisions to be taken to Manager
