Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Amritsar, Punjab. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive growth. Additionally, responsibilities include market research, lead generation, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Conduct market research and generate qualified leads
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with company goals
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions
• Represent MKR Techsoft at industry events, meetings, and client calls
• Generate new business opportunities via  LinkedIn, Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Clutch, and other lead generation platforms
