Job description
  • Conduct research to identify and target potential colleges and universities for partnerships.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in creating tailored proposals and presentations for academic institutions.
  • Manage outreach efforts, including contacting potential partners via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Support the Business Development Manager throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare materials and reports for meetings with academic stakeholders, ensuring all data and information are readily available.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Help develop marketing and sales strategies to engage new clients and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms and facilitating a smooth transition to the partnerships and client success teams.
  • Participate in educational webinars, networking events, and conferences to promote Solution Inn services.
  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach activities and partnership progress to ensure key performance metrics are met.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to adapt strategies based on feedback from educational partners and market trends.
  • Skills Required

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support clear and persuasive presentations.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including research, outreach, and data tracking, with attention to detail.
    • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to support trust and rapport with potential partners.
    • Basic understanding of negotiation techniques and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
    • Analytical thinking, with the ability to support insights derived from market data and institutional feedback.
    • Proactive and motivated approach to learning, executing tasks, and maintaining professional relationships.
    • Familiarity with the education sector or EdTech industry is a plus.
    • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
