ServiceNow Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join Microland’s ServiceNow Practice team — someone who can blend deep platform expertise with presales flair and solutioning leadership.

If you enjoy architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, influencing deal strategy, and being the go-to person for “how exactly will this work?” — this role is for you.

Experience

• 15+ years of total IT experience, including :
• 15+ years in ServiceNow solutioning, implementation, or architecture.
• 12+ years in presales and RFP solutioning, including deal defense and client presentations.
• Proven ability to architect and integrate ServiceNow solutions across multiple technology towers for large enterprise clients.
• Strong experience across core ServiceNow modules :
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog)
• ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
• ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps (preferred).
