The key accountabilities of the role :

  • Customer satisfaction
  • Average resolution time
  • Completing tickets within SLA
  • % of Calls serviced

The key responsibilities of the role :

  • Providing friendly and efficient first level support to clients
  • Providing customized reporting and data in line with client requirements
  • Building strong internal and external relationships with all stakeholders through professional courteous and timely interactions
  • Delivering the best possible results for customers and ReadyTech
  • Escalation of higher-level support items
  • Identify more complex issues e.g. Bugs, Product improvement / suggestions
  • Providing support with Portal and Customer Center queries
  • Assist with the processing and maintenance of documentation relating service activities
  • Input and maintain data records to track data, organize and support communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • The key requirements for the role :

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
  • Demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow directions
  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Strong computer literacy plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer focused role
