Role Overview :

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize city-level operations across multiple locations. The role involves managing large teams, driving operational excellence, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-city operations, manpower planning, and warehouse management, with a focus on efficiency, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

1. City Operations Leadership

• Lead operations across 5–10 cities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and adherence to operational standards.
• Manage a team of 50–60 employees (both permanent and contractual) to meet performance targets and maintain a high-performance culture.
