Role Description – Brand Operations Associate (Fashion, Lifestyle & Product Operations)

We’re looking for a Brand Operations Associate to assist directly with the founder and help run the day-to-day operations of our growing studio.

It’s a dynamic, all-round role where you’ll move between design planning, production coordination, dispatch, and research — essentially being the founder’s right hand in keeping the brand running smoothly.

This role offers hands-on experience across fashion, lifestyle, and product categories, with exposure to both the Indian and export markets.

Location : Jaipur

Type : Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities

• Assist the founder in daily studio operations and brand planning
• Process and track customer orders across platforms
• Coordinate with tailors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers
• Research fabrics, silhouettes, colors, and materials for new collections
• Oversee packaging and dispatch (domestic & international)
• Maintain inventory, sampling, and production records
• Support fittings, styling, and photoshoots when needed
• Keep communication clear across all teams and partners
