Role Overview We’re looking for a

Sneaker Operations Associate

who will manage both

customer relationships

and

sneaker procurement . You’ll be the bridge between sneaker lovers, global suppliers, and our operations team — ensuring every order runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Be the

first point of contact

for customers — resolving queries and updating them on orders.

Build

trust and long-term relationships

with India’s sneaker community.

Source sneakers globally

from trusted sellers and platforms at the best price.

Track orders

from purchase to final delivery and maintain accurate records.

✅ What We’re Looking For

sneakerhead

with strong knowledge of the

global resale market

(drops, pricing trends, platforms).

Excellent

communication skills

(English & Hindi preferred).

Fast

research and coordination skills

— ability to find the best deal quickly.

Strong

ownership mindset

in a fast-paced startup environment.

Prior experience in

e-commerce, sneaker reselling, or customer support

is a plus
