Role Description – Brand Operations Associate (Fashion, Lifestyle & Product Operations)

We’re looking for a

Brand Operations Associate

to assist directly with the founder and help run the day-to-day operations of our growing studio.

It’s a dynamic, all-round role where you’ll move between design planning, production coordination, dispatch, and research — essentially being the founder’s right hand in keeping the brand running smoothly.

This role offers hands-on experience across

fashion, lifestyle, and product categories , with exposure to both the Indian and export markets.

Location : Jaipur

Type : Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities

Assist the founder in daily studio operations and brand planning

Process and track customer orders across platforms

Coordinate with tailors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers

Research fabrics, silhouettes, colors, and materials for new collections

Oversee packaging and dispatch (domestic & international)

Maintain inventory, sampling, and production records

Support fittings, styling, and photoshoots when needed

Keep communication clear across all teams and partners

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Fashion, Design, or related fields preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication in English & Hindi

Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Shopify / Etsy preferred)

Aesthetic sense and attention to detail

Calm, flexible, and proactive attitude in a fast-moving creative setup

Eagerness to learn and grow with a small, passionate team
