MoEngage is looking for a strategic Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. You will be instrumental in optimizing our sales process, developing our sales team, and directly impacting sales velocity and conversion rates. If you have experience in sales enablement, a knack for developing impactful programs, and a passion for driving sales productivity, you'll play a key role in empowering our revenue teams.
Responsibilities
- Map our company's sales process with the customer's buying process to understand and enhance the skills, knowledge, process, and tools required by our reps to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage.
- Develop and manage the 12-18 month Sales Enablement roadmap .
- Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity .
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need.
- Create and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demands.
- Help create a development program for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively.
- Roll out a comprehensive onboarding program .
- Partner with sales leadership and establish a sales competency and assessment framework to ensure the needs of salespeople and their managers are met.
- Participate in the selection and implementation / deployment of technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales reps to understand and communicate the value of our solution.
- Drive the adoption of sales methodologies .
- Be an active participant in delivering the Sales Kick-off .
Qualifications
Experience in a sales enablement role .Prior experience in a Sales or Account Management role would be a plus.Excellent listener and communicator . Any changes within the organization, product offerings, or sales content need to be clearly communicated to all sales reps.Able to multitask and manage various projects spanning multiple stakeholders.Excellent presentation skills – able to keep the audience engaged in a virtual environment with great storytelling ability and good-looking visuals.Minimum Bachelor's degree is preferred.Skills Required
