Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content / sales messaging,
processes, practices, and tools to support the sales team.
Create an auditing process to track adherence to sales guidelinesResponsible for creating content repository to ensure easy access for sales teamResponsible for tracking and analysis of sales enablement content usage.Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand andpitch effectively.
Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales,including training scheduling and coordination, creation and delivery of courseware, and
instructor-led sales training
Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Prior experience working with CRM systems.Good at problem solving and context switching.Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skillsAble to create formal networks with key decision makers.Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in sales training programs, auditing is requiredSkills Required
