Job descriptionOversee end-to-end logistics operations (3PL & forwarding), ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. Optimize warehouse utilization, transportation networks, and cross-border freight solutions. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across services. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs in both logistics and forwarding. Provide strategic inputs on service development, pricing models, and regional expansion. Represent the organization at industry forums to promote integrated logistics offerings. 15-20 years of experience in logistics, with strong exposure to 3PL / Contract Logistics; knowledge of Freight Forwarding is an advantage. Proven track record in business growth, strategic customer acquisition, and large account management. Deep expertise in warehousing, distribution, and multimodal transport networks.
Role : - Regional Manager for South, East & West(Chennai,Banaglore,Kolkata)
Exp : -15-20 years of experience in logistics, with strong exposure to 3PL / Contract Logistics;

Business Development
- Lead expansion of integrated logistics services, including 3PL (warehousing, distribution, contract logistics) and Freight Forwarding (air & ocean).
- Secure and manage clients across FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Pharma, Automotive, and Industrial sectors.
- Own regional P&L with revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Build strategic partnerships with carriers , transporters, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market position.
