Job description

Mandatory Skills :

Vision Plus CMS (Card Management System)
Simulators, CDM (Card Data Management)
COBOL, CICS, and VSAM

Key Responsibilities :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience in Vision Plus CMS.

Strong functional knowledge of the Vision Plus system and exposure to online modules.

Experience with cards applications like Vision PLUS First Vision.

Expertise in Vision Plus CMS simulators and CDM is essential.

Proficiency in mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, and VSAM.

Participate in end-to-end SDLC, including development, testing, and defect management.

Independently handle project assignments and deliverables.

Experience working in Agile environments, including participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure high-quality code delivery and effective resolution of defects during all testing Skills :

Good understanding of software testing life cycle and defect life cycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Good communication skills and the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
